abstract = {SensDNA \`{e} un sensore fluorimetrico multicella, portatile, automatico e gestito da un computer che consente di effettuare in modo rapido e sensibile la misura della fluorescenza di DNA in soluzione o immobilizzato su supporti ad hoc. Lo strumento \`{e} stato sviluppato specificamente per l'analisi del DNA, RNA ed oligonucleotidi. Il sensore consente di lavorare in ampio spettro di lunghezze d'onda, potendo realizzare misure simultanee su gruppi di campioni trattati con le diverse classi di fluorofori disponibili in commercio. Le misure possono essere effettuate in celle di tipo sia statico che dinamico. Per finalit\`{a} biosensoristiche, sono stati testati diversi materiali fotonici con caratteristiche proprie di emissione di fluorescenza. Questi materiali hanno una funzione di immobilizzazione ed intensificazione del segnale di fluorescenza. },
