Convenzione Operativa Tra L’istituto Di Cristallografia Del Consiglio Nazionale Delle Ricerche E Il Dipartimento di Scienze della Terra, dell’Ambiente e delle Risorse dell’Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II
A technical-scientific collaboration between the Department of Earth, Environmental and Resources Sciences (DiSTAR) of the University of Naples Federico II and the Institute of Crystallography of the CNR (CNR-IC), aimed at the study and characterization of natural and synthetic minerals and materials.
Specifically, the agreement focuses on the joint project titled “Caratterizzazione Strutturale e Chimica di Materiali Naturali e di Sintesi”, which includes:

Morphological and chemical analysis of minerals and rocks from various Italian regions.

Study of synthetic materials like phosphates and dental ceramics.

Characterization of natural, treated, and synthetic gemstones.

Structural solution and semiquantitative analysis of crystalline compounds using CNR-IC’s software tools.
This collaboration is conducted within the framework of a broader institutional agreement and aims to enhance research, training, and scientific dissemination in the fields of mineralogy and materials science.
