Mass spectrometry LC/MS SISTEMA HPLC/UHPLC VANQUISH COREMass spectrometry LC/MS SISTEMA HPLC/UHPLC VANQUISH CORE is single quadrupole. The mass spectrometry platform consists of high-performance HPLC chromatographic system equipped with DAD detector and single quadrupole mass detector. The instrument was developed for a routine laboratory and uses an ESI source type to identify and quantify mass ranges between 10 and 1250 m/z. The platform is of the latest generation, with the most performing and current technologies of new production, modular and controlled by a single software platform able to manage from start to finish the control of the various phases of the synthesis of peptides/peptidomimetic/PNA. |
Automated parallel synthesizer of Peptides, peptidomimetics and PNA in (CEM MultiPrep 1)MultiPep 1 is an automated multiple (parallel) synthesizer managed by a PC with dedicated software. The peptides and / or the PNA are synthesized in parallel mode thanks to the use of interchangeable filter plates up to 96 wells in which the resin is placed. Choice of 96-well plates or 48/24/8 syringe plates for larger scale synthesis This instrument allows to synthesize different sequences from 1 µmole scale up to 300 µmole. |
